- If you experience a problem with any merchandise via one of our consigned shops, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery and we will gladly assist you with any problems! (After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.) Our handmade shops take great care in creating one of a kind merchandise and want you to have the best experience possible!
- Within 7 days from the date of confirmation of delivery, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your regular priced order, please contact us with the issues you are having via email@example.com (After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process a replacement, but please contact us for possible credit on qualifying orders)
- We print all apparel on demand! Due to this, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges. However we do have a One Time Replacement Policy: if your apparel arrives and doesn’t fit, we will gladly send you ONE replacement of another size for 50% off ( helps cover printing, shipping, and shirt) This policy only covers one garment per order unless otherwise indicated. (This decision will be left to the discretion of Landmark Threads.)
- We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders. All custom orders require a final proof before official job begins, and after final proof is approved this policy goes into affect.
